When he wrote that the second most beautiful place in the world is Dubrovnik ( the first one is the one you were born in), the poet couldn"t imagine how many will agree with his words. Korčula is island of harmonized town and people architecture, filled with meditteranean spirit and vegetation. The island of Mljet is another Croatia"s National Park. It is commonly considered that Mljet is Homer"s lost island Ogygia, where mythical Ulysses met its Calypso Nymph. |
