About pet holidays

Dart is our first dog. His oficial name is Dalton from Edward´s Kingdom. He was born July 2nd 2005 at Edward´s Kingdom Kennel, www.edwardskingdom.hu , litter "D" of Molly and Eddy.

We like to travel but we realized that could be complicated with pets. When Dart was 6 months old we wanted to go for the weekend at our favorite hotel but pets were not allowed. We did not want to leave Dart at home and the search for pet-friendly hotels started, it was not easy. Finnaly we found the pets-friendly hotel in the same region and it was very nice weekend for us. It was winter time and there was no problem to walk with Dart on beaches, he likes sea a lot altough French Bulldogs are not a great swimmers. Soon there was another weekend trip and we started to collect information aobut pet-friendly accommodation in Croatia. We also realized that for summer holidays we have to find more informations- pet friendly restaurants, beaches, pubs...

To help you to find pets-friendly accomodation in Croatia, we present you the data we collected. Our friends from www.travel-design.com helped us a lot. In general, cats are more acceptable than dogs. Also, smaller dogs are more often allowed than the large and agressive breeds.
